New Home – 63rd Street
Burr Ridge, Illinois

This new home was built in what is termed “Old World” – which is basically a European Style that encompasses stone, timbers, and natural stucco.

This home consists of a little over 6,000 s.f. on four levels. The Douglas Fir timbers make up the structure for the flagstone patios. The walls sweep out and cap the brick and stone banding that anchor the home to its site. Red windows and re-claimed wood doors complete the exterior.

The interior floors and Library casework are of old growth Douglas Fir woodwork , and travertine floors are throughout. The Master Bathroom is covered floor to celing in three different kinds of slate, while the Master Bedroom has its own fireplace, wet bar, and private balcony. Situated on a corner lot, each view of the home is as spectacular as the next.
