In a neighborhood of some of the largest remodels we have built is a new home that will showcase the range of our abilities as builders.

Set on a double lot, this home will compete at 12,000 s.f. on all levels. The style is French, something that allows Merlino to offer a totally different kind of product relative to the cabinetry, millwork, and finishes. Clean lines, large scale moldings, and brass inlays are just a few of the intricate and precise finishes we are doing at this home.

Built entirely of block construction allows for deep window and door wells – mimicking the older homes in France that were the inspiration for our clients. Look for more updates and pictures as we complete this home in 2011.
